Meditation

I posted earlier this year about my recent habit of bullet journaling, which, by the way, is going well. Now I am going to post the second half of the recent lifestyle changes I have made. (That sounds super pretentious, but I don't generally think of it that way.)
As you may be able to tell from the title of this post, I have begun meditating. I meditate every day for ten to fifteen minutes. Meditating has made me feel much calmer and more at ease. The app I use is Headspace, and it is guided meditation, which is super helpful because my brain has the tendency to wander wherever it wants to go. I find the packs very useful, and have mostly done stress and anxiety packs. I can say that meditation is helping me to manage my anxiety on my own.
Meditating has significantly calmed me, and I anticipate continuing the trend for a long while now. Especially as I go into my senior year of high school, and then college, I will need some comfort and mental calm.
One thing I feel I must point out is that I am not completely sure that I am meditating in the most efficient way. I am never able to shut my brain off all the way, and I usually meditate in my bed. I think that there are better ways to approach the process, but I really like the flexibility of Headspace, and of meditation in general. Anyway, that is about it for right now. This was a pretty short post, but it is what it is.
